Termination of purchase agreement and substantial compensation

Dutch client was involved in a long-running procedure in the Netherlands, in which not only the purchase agreement was rescinded, but also substantial compensation was claimed. The client reached a settlement, she received the sold horse back from the buyer and agreed to look for a suitable other horse for the buyer.
