Summary proceedings about horse with hoof problems

Schelstraete lawyers wins summary proceedings about a horse that is said to have a horn column, an inflammation of the hoof capsule and osteoarthritis of the hoof joint. The vendor of the horse wants to annul the purchase agreement, as it would appear that the horse has a horn column, an inflammation of the hoof capsule and osteoarthritis of the hoof joint. Schelstraete Lawyers on behalf of the vendor of the horse, put forward a successful defence, which the Subdistrict Court followed. Even if the horse is afflicted with the alleged defects, the merchant has not made it plausible that the horse is not suitable for the purpose of the purchase, according to the Subdistrict Court. Furthermore, it has not become apparent that the Purchaser would not have purchased the horse if she had been aware of the alleged ailments of the horse. In view of the above, the claims of the merchant were dismissed.
